Position Summary:

The Content & Social Media Assistant will help to drive Marketing activity throughout the business with dynamic brand storytelling across social media, website, and other digital channels. They will manage and develop social media accounts, creating innovative and exciting content, increase engagement and execute content marketing strategies to increase market impact. They will search out thought leadership content from our 6 offices and work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute strategy.

 

Responsibilities and authority:

  • Manage and develop social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Create and gather content for social media and web, including video, articles, and photography.
  • Execute content marketing strategies across marketing channels.
  • Build out innovative and dynamic ideas for content across the business.
  • Utilise brand guidelines and promote/assist with the use of the brand across the company.
  • Track, report and optimise the success of social media and website marketing efforts using analytics and insights.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Maintain & develop knowledge around social media best practice, updates and relevant software.
  • Coordinate with outside parties, as necessary.
  • Manage a calendar and workflow to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Organise and attend meetings to keep colleagues up to date on projects.
  • Provide support to our community projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree/Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
