Wallace Whittle was founded in 1964 on the guiding principles of providing excellence in Engineering Consultancy, including technical skill, communication, innovation, quality of service, value and client satisfaction. In 2021, a management buy-out marked the beginning of a new chapter. Not a new business, but a renewed one.
Since then, Wallace Whittle has grown from £8m to £20m turnover, and from 80 to over 200 people, expanding our reach, strengthening our capabilities, and continuing to deliver for clients across the UK and beyond.
Throughout our evolution, these founding principles have served us and our clients well, leading to our position today as one of the UK’s leading providers of environmental building services solutions across Sustainability & MEP.
Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health & Sustainability
We provide integrated mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) engineering alongside specialist sustainability consultancy, delivering efficient, compliant and future-ready building solutions.
Our services include the design and optimisation of heating, cooling, ventilation, water and electrical systems, supported by energy modelling, building performance analysis and low-carbon design strategies. Our Sustainability consultants offer services such as net zero carbon planning, BREEAM and other certification support, lifecycle assessments and environmental performance consulting, helping projects reduce energy use, lower emissions and meet evolving regulatory and environmental standards.
