Our WW:Academy programme is designed to grow our own next generation of staff, and nurture and support all our staff to be the best they can be.

We are delighted to confirm the internal appointment of Paul Hargreaves as our WW:Academy Manager. Paul is a long serving, highly valued and hugely respected Wallace Whittle stalwart, and was previously responsible for driving forward our market leading Revit and BIM capability. Paul’s proven skills in learning & development, together with his mentoring abilities, mean that we know our next generation is in safe and capable hands.
Paul is looking forward to taking up his new role, and says:

“With technology and standards evolving ever more quickly, training is critical to the development of our staff and the future of our business. The new WW:Academy will be available to all our staff and will offer them the opportunity to continue their professional development, opening doors in the future. Training will be available for staff in all roles throughout the business to develop our already efficient workforce and also to develop the generation to follow. We will provide each staff member with their own personal training record and an account where they will be able to choose from training modules available to them. We will also be arranging for external experts in a variety of fields to share their experience and expertise. I’m delighted to have been asked to manage the WW:Academy and look forward to assisting my colleagues with reaching their full potential”.
