Whiteley Village

This open air destination provides a retail and mixed use development comprising retail, leisure, residential and 30,000ft² of commercial offices.  In order to achieve BREEAM Excellent 2,800m² of Photovoltaic panels are incorporated and linked into the electrical supply network.  High efficiency LED lighting has been installed to all external car park areas and all tenant energy consumption is monitored by the Landlord via BMS links back to the Management Suite.
