We led discussions with the operator to develop a bespoke resilience solution which managed their risk appetite and business impact level and we deviated from the traditional Tier rating but delivered resilience to greatest effect. Following option studies, a free cooling solution was adopted to deliver different operating parameters in each hall.  The facility can be operated in “lights out” mode and has remote monitoring facilities for the FM provider.
