Sheraton Hotel Edinburgh

Our detailed MEP design for major refurbishment and plant replacement was planned to incur absolutely minimal shutdown to permit uninterrupted operations. Major improvements in energy efficiency were achieved, resulting in a dramatic reduction in the hotel’s carbon footprint. We worked closely with the contractor team and the hotel management and the Sheraton won the Conference Hotel of the Year and Spa Hotel of the Year 2016.
