Queen Elizabeth University Hospital

This 17,000m² project delivers clinical laboratory facilities, including Cat 3 containment, for the Glasgow and Clyde area and beyond.  To address complex usage we developed a modular style solution for key plant on a floor by floor basis with benefits including optimum load operation of plant to maximise efficiency.  Healthcare BREEAM Excellent was a pre-requisite which we achieved for the Client.
