Plowright Building

We provided the detailed MEP design for this the new main laboratory building, energy centre and site infrastructure. The extremely resilient MEP  provision supports research and the main laboratory building provides containment up to ACDP category 3 and SAPO category 4, with the external fabric is being designed for minimal air leakage. The building has its own dedicated effluent treatment plant and all M&E plant has high levels of resilience.
