Parklife Putney

This refurbishment and part-new build project at 116 Putney Bridge Road, London was completed in 2023, and involved the revitalisation and extension of a 70,000 sqft office unit, blending new construction with renovation elements. The project encompassed improvements to accommodate new layouts, followed by the refurbishment of existing office spaces, including fit-out works for the new extension.

The Category A office fit-out MEP strategy utilised advanced aerothermal heat pumps for efficient heating and cooling, complemented by full mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems designed to meet stringent BCO standards for enhanced ventilation.
