Northwick Park

Network Homes along with the University of Westminster, the London Borough of Brent and London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust are joint clients for the redevelopment of the Northwick Park site. This residential led-mixed use development will provide up to 1600 residential homes, up to 50,150m2 of new student facilities and ancillary retail and commercial spaces.

Wallace Whittle carried out the design of the mechanical and electrical services for the project together with the MEP Servicing, energy and sustainability strategies to meet the Planning requirements.
