Lochside View

The refurbishment of two office buildings at Lochside View, located within the heart of Edinburgh Park, began in 2016 with a phased programme of works. Initially focused on select floors, the project evolved over several years to include the full refurbishment of additional floors and adjacent buildings. 

We delivered the full M&E design services throughout the refurbishment programme. Given that the buildings remained occupied for the majority of the works, a key priority was maintaining uninterrupted services and ensuring a comfortable working environment for tenants.
