The £250m new KAMPUS neighbourhood in Manchester city centre, once home to Manchester Metropolitan University, has been transformed into over 500 new build apartments across three 14 and 15 storey towers. Listed buildings, including former Victorian canal-side warehouses and the existing brutalist 1960s tower, have also been transformed into apartment, retail and leisure units, with all MEP design to BIM L2.
