This mixed use regeneration project comprising 125,000 ft2 of retail spaces anchored by two 60,000 ft2 Marks & Spencer and Boots stores, a 190 bed 4 star Hilton operated hotel within a 23 storey tower and 429 PRS apartments across two 30 and 34 storey towers.
