Heathrow Business Services Centre, Glasgow

We provided CAT B MEP services design for Heathrow Business Services Centre’s new office in Glasgow. Designed to support a modern, adaptable working environment, the new space prioritises energy efficiency, sustainability, and employee well-being.

As part of the project, Wallace Whittle conducted a TM54 operational energy study to compare the energy performance of their previous Hillington office with the new workspace. The results demonstrated that the new fit-out aligns with UKGBC 2030 energy targets, ensuring a future-proof, low-energy design.

The office also features high-efficiency VRF heat pumps for heating & cooling, along with decentralised hot water systems for improved energy performance. The space itself is designed to accommodate evolving workstyles, offering flexible areas that support collaboration.
