Wallace Whittle have been appointed by London & Quadrant to provide Master planning, Engineering and Energy Strategies, as well as the full detail design services from RIBA Stages 1 to Stage 7, of two plots at Greenwich Peninsula

The Masterplan will comprise of 3,150 units accommodated in more than 20 buildings of varying heights, types and tenures set in a community and wellbeing led Public Realm. The scheme incorporates high rise towers with tall buildings up to 30 storeys in height, medium storey mansion blocks and 3-storey townhouses with the proposal to develop at least 50% Affordable homes with a target of 25% Affordable/Social Rent and 25% Shared Ownership.
