The St James Quarter regenerates the east end of Edinburgh via a retail led mixed use masterplanned development comprising an elegant 4-storey retail crescent with two residential blocks, two hotels, an aparthotel and cinema, with 3 levels of basement car park below. Wallace Whittle provided MEP and sustainability services for the development and were engaged from conception.
