This new riverside development, close to Leeds City Centre, will provide 1,500 new homes, including affordable housing, commercial rental properties, and market-rate homes for sale. It will also feature over 300 student beds and flexible community and commercial spaces.

Wallace Whittle is involved in the project from the early concept stages through all design and construction phases, including full planning submission in line with Leeds’ local planning policies and the client’s sustainable ethos.
