DVA Test Centre & Office Building

Wallace Whittle played a key role in delivering the new DVA Vehicle Test Centre & Office Headquarters in Belfast. This state-of-the-art facility includes a 3,942m² test centre with vehicle testing and plant zones, alongside a two-story administrative block featuring a column-free portal frame and an automated air quality system.

Adjacent to the test centre, the 3,209m² office headquarters provides space for 170 workstations within a three-story open atrium, with a vehicle storage area at the lower ground level. Both buildings achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, supported by sustainable MEP solutions such as PV arrays, solar panels, passive cooling, SUDS, and rainwater harvesting.
