Located within the Atria building, Burges Salmon’s first Scottish office delivers a high-quality, flexible workspace in the heart of Edinburgh. Designed to support modern ways of working, the space combines open-plan work areas with a range of meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and client suites, all enhanced by integrated technology to enable hybrid working. Biophilic elements, including greenery and planting, are incorporated throughout to support wellbeing and create a more balanced working environment.

We provided full MEP engineering and sustainability consultancy services, supporting the creation of a workplace that is both adaptable and efficient. The success of the Edinburgh office has led to further collaboration. We delivered additional phases of Burges Salmon’s expansion in Edinburgh and two further phases at 6 New Street Square in London, continuing the same high-quality, flexible design approach, totalling more than 40,000ft²of high quality accommodation.
