Boddingtons, Manchester

Producing the Conceptual design and Planning Application as well as the Detailed Employers Requirements design package for two buildings including a 24 storey high rise which between them will deliver up to 505 units within this city centre residential redevelopment of the former Boddingtons Brewery site.

The project includes a mix of new apartment homes and a high number of affordable units, a landscaped courtyard, ground floor commercial units, a roof terrace and active travel links.
