Battersea Power Station Phases 1 & 2

One of the highest profile residential projects in the UK, the £550m Battersea development posed many challenges, including interfacing with the Grade II listed facades on the main power station, and addressing the environmental issues that arise when refurbishing a 1930’s structure.  Pre-fabrication and BIM L2 design was used extensively, adding value to the project by streamlining the design and construction processes.
