This project involved the conversion of a Grade II listed building from non-serviced office use into a luxurious private and public dining venue in the heart of Mayfair.
Working within the constraints of a heritage property, our team overcame a number of technical challenges, including limited basement headroom where the majority of distribution was required, restricted plant space, and stringent acoustic and ventilation requirements. The Grade II listing also placed careful limitations on how and where services could be routed, demanding precise coordination between disciplines.
Through close collaboration with the client and design team, we successfully delivered a flexible, efficient MEP solution that respected the building’s historic character while meeting the operational needs of a modern hospitality venue. The result is a refined dining environment that seamlessly blends heritage and performance, setting a new standard for adaptive reuse in central London.
