The redevelopment will enhance the building’s functionality and sustainability through an upgraded reception, improved end-of-trip facilities, a new roof terrace and a comprehensive replacement of the building services, repositioning the asset for the next generation of occupiers. 

Wallace Whittle is providing full MEP and sustainability consultancy, supporting the project through design development and helping shape the preferred redevelopment strategy. The proposals include a fully electric building services solution, replacing the existing gas infrastructure to improve operational performance and reduce carbon emissions.

Designed to meet the expectations of modern commercial tenants, the redevelopment is targeting EPC A, BREEAM Excellent and WIRED Platinum certification.
