Candleriggs, Glasgow

This project is for a Build to Rent (BTR scheme within the heart of Glasgow. The building is situated in the Candleriggs areas of Glasgow and consists of 16 levelsand 346 residential apartments as well as providing prime retail space for up to 6 vendors, including units with the capability of housing catering facilities.

The facilities will also include a Gym, Cycle storage, changing facilities, post room, car parking, main feature entrance reception and breakout space set within the mezzanine level. Wallace Whittle were involved in the delivery of the MEP design and Sustainability roles for the project for concept design to site delivery.
