Anderson Strathern

Anderson Strathern, one of Scotland’s oldest law firms, relocated its Edinburgh office to a Grade A space within Capital Square, with the aim to create an inviting workspace that fosters collaboration and supports employee wellbeing.

The project involved upgrading the ground and first floors of the Capital Square building from a Cat A to a Cat B standard, focusing on sustainability and the reuse of existing MEP services. The design reflects Anderson Strathern’s aspirations as a leading law practice, through emphasising high-quality finishes and tailored lighting solutions.
