Daldorch House, East Ayrshire

We delivered the full M&E design for the sensitive refurbishment and extension of The Stables Block at Daldorch House, a 19th-century listed building transformed into a specialist residential and teaching facility for autistic teenagers.

The facility comprises 36 en-suite bedroom and bedsit units, along with a wide range of support and learning spaces including therapy and tutor rooms, music and drama suites, art classrooms, hydrotherapy bathrooms, recreational spaces, and integrated staff facilities. The internal finishes and building services design were developed to meet the robust safety and security standards required for this specialist setting.
