BREEAM/SEAM/NEAT/Eco-Homes
BREEAM is a system for assessing the environmental performance of buildings. It stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment method. BREEAM assesses the performances of buildings over a wide range of environmental issues to produce a PASS, GOOD, VERY GOOD, or EXCELLENT Rating. We have a partnership with an accredited assessor and have also used the DfEE SEAM for schools, NHS NEAT and BRE Eco-Homes assessment tools.
