PASSIVE DESIGN
We believe that sustainable design starts with the creation of a comfortable & efficient building using passive measures wherever possible to minimise the energy demand. Using our dynamic simulation expertise we will work with the building design team to optimise the building form to prioritise passive solutions such as natural ventilation, passive heating & cooling and daylighting. The most efficient balance of fabric thermal insulation, solar control, thermal mass and air tightness can be determined using the same building model.
